Exchange policy

If you wish to return your order for an exchange, please note that exchange must be sent back within 7 working days from the date of dispatch of the product.

Please ensure the item(s) are in a new and unused condition, with the original label and tags still intact and in the original bag and packaging. In the case of a refund or an exchange, we charge a 10% commission on operating expenses.

We do NOT accept items from Sale and Last chance categories for exchange.

Exchanges: If your chosen replacement size is not in stock, you will automatically be refunded and notified by email. For alternative items, please place a new order on our website or alternatively, please get in touch with our Customer Care team.

 

 How to exchange your order 

To create your exchange, please fill in the form.

You will receive a unique exchange label and will be fully updated on the progress of your exchange.

Please note:
A exchange request must be created within 7 working days from the date of dispatch of the product.
Please ship your parcel as soon as you receive your exchange paperwork.
Any unauthorised order received to the warehouse will be returned to sender. 

All postal services and exchanges are paid by the costumer.
