Orders to Ukraine are shipped via Nova Poshta (5-7 workings days if items in stock, for pre-order items 10-14 days).
Price depends on the weight of your order: $2.50-3.50.

All orders worth more than 5000 UAH, which are issued by cash on delivery in Ukraine, are sent with minimum advance payment of 30% of the total order amount.

We provide International Shipping via Nova Post to the following countries: Poland, Moldova, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Romania, Germany, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Hungary, Italy (from 7 working days).

Receiving An Order

Your order will be delivered during business hours (8am – 6pm, Monday – Friday).
Orders received and/or processed after that time will be processed the following business day. Business days are Monday - Friday. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and may include a 3 working days period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
During Sale and busy times this period may be extended to 14 days due to the volume of orders.

    Tracking An Order

    As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number. 

    Failed delivery procedure
    If no one is available to accept and sign for the parcel at the delivery address, postal services may try to deliver the package three more times.
