Products on have their own size chart. You can find the ideal size according to your parameters using our Size guide. If you are unsure about it feel free to reach out to our Customer Care service.

How to choose the right items?

On our website you can find a special guide where you can choose underwear, swimwear and clothing specifically for your body type. On this page, you can define your body type by the description and go to the category where we have selected items just for you.

The product I want is out of stock, what do I do?

Some products on are limited. If your preferred size isn’t shown on the product detail page, it is no longer in stock. You can leave your email to get notified in case your it is back in stock.

Our Customer Care service will help you with all the questions that you have. The easiest way is to contact us via our live chat. You can find the icon on the right corner of the website, we will answer within a few minutes. How can I place an order?

We only accept orders on the website To place an order add the items you like to your shopping cart, check the box "I AGREE WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS" and click on the button "Check out". Fill in the fields in the "Information" section, select a shipping method and then a payment method. Click on the "Complete order" button. Your order has been completed!

Can I change/cancel my order?

When your order is placed, our warehouse begin to pack it right away to ensure it reaches you in good time. This means that you can change or cancel the order only immediately after placing the order. Otherwise, it may already be shipped.

How to check if the order has been confirmed?

Order confirmation sent automatically after you place the order. If you didn't receive an order confirmation, please check your spambox. In case you can't find your order confirmation in your spam box, please contact our Customer Care service.

How do I apply a discount code?

You can apply your discount code at the checkout. Enter your code at the "Gift card or discount code" field at checkout and press "Apply". Order price will be automatically recalculate.

How can I redeem my gift card on the website?

Shipping & Delivery

What shipping methods do you provide?

yesUndress ships to over 241 countries worldwide. Orders to Ukraine are shipped via Nova Poshta. More information about shipping and delivery you can find here.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be delivered during business hours (9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday). Orders received and/or processed after that time will be processed the following business day. Business days are Monday - Friday. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and may include a 3 working days period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. During Sale and busy times this period may be extended due to the volume of orders.

Shipping destination: Ukraine

Delivery within 7-10 working days.

PRE-ORDER 10-14 working days.

Shipping destination: Rest of the world

Delivery within 10-21 working days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. When your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. This will inform you of a tracking number.

Refunds & exchanges

How do I refund or exchange or my order?

If you wish to return your order for an exchange, please note that exchange must be sent back within 7 working days from the date of dispatch of the product. Please ensure the item(s) are in a new and unused condition, with the original label and tags still intact and in the original bag and packaging. In the case of a refund, we charge a 10% commission on operating expenses.

To create your exchange, please fill in the form or contact our Customer Care service.

I sent back my return but I have not heard anything.

Refunds and exchanges take a full 14 business days to be processed, and you will be emailed once this has been completed.

I’ve received a faulty or incorrect item.

If items you have received is incorrect or faulty, we recommend you to save them unused condition, with the original label and contact our Customer Care service.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept VISA & MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal method. Payment options may vary by country. In Ukraine COD payment is available.
